All Medical eGift Vouchers will be reviewed by an MCMI healthcare specialist. MCMI has the right to request for additional information and verification of email and contact details of the recipient.
Once payment of Medical eGift Voucher is confirmed, the delivery of the Medical eGift Voucher will be made via email.
Once paid, Medical eGift Vouchers are non-refundable.
Each Medical eGift Voucher has a security code that the recipient submits to the MCMI specialist for validation.
The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the security code.
The Medical eGift Voucher is valid only for the purchase of medical services available at each affiliate location as stated on the MCMI website.
The Medical eGift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Medical eGift Voucher is for one-time use only. If the total value of the Medical eGift Voucher is not used, the unused balance cannot be exchanged for cash/refunded.
A Letter of Authorization (LOA) is issued to the recipient to be submitted to the affiliate facility of choice. The LOA will indicate the facility, date, time, and services that will be availed.
If the cost of chosen medical services exceeds the Medical eGift Voucher value, then the recipient will call the MCMI healthcare specialist to settle the difference. An LOA for the additional medical service will then be issued to the recipient.
Multiple Medical eGift Voucher codes may be used per transaction.
